If you should have any Issues or problems with your Energie Systems over the Christmas break
In the extremely unlikely event that you have any issues with your system over the festive season, please send us an email with details of the problems you are having to [email protected]. Although it may not always be possible to get a technician out to you over the break, the email will enable us to contact you on the 4th of January and make plans to repair your system.
Please note that this email address will be monitored every few days over Christmas, but if you seek urgent advice, please call the landline (01)8643838 whereby an emergency number will be offered to you.
